Housing Element updates are one of our specialties.  We enjoy working with our clients to achieve HCD certification of each Housing Element we prepare.

Our recently completed Housing Elements have dealt with growth management ordinances, RHNA carryovers from previous cycles, and developing programs to demonstrate adequate housing sites.
