De Novo completed the Environmental Impact Report for the South Lathrop Specific Plan (SLSP), which is a 315-acre industrial and commercial development located conveniently at the I-205/I-5 interchange in the City of Lathrop. The SLSP involved a series of related actions, including a general plan amendment, pre-zoning and zoning code amendment, annexation, subdivision, and a development agreement.
